Basically, if you bought this house, you could relive and recreate every scene from this 1999 romantic comedy forever.

Minus, yknow, Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger and Joseph Gordon-Levitt being adorable AF.

Located in Tacoma, Washington, the five-bedroom house was actually built in 1907, and is now for sale for a whopping $1.6million. It still contains much of its original fittings, from the Victorian woodwork to the carved wood stair railings and the stained glass windows. The living room in particular, looks just like a still from the movie. If you listen closely, you could probably hear remnants of Mr. Stratford’s lectures echoing through the walls.

A definite #TBT of the best kind, take a look through the house below. And then start saving up those dollars. 1.6 million, to be exact.

The coolest of throwbacks, can you believe that next year this movie will be 20 years old?! Madness.

Now, who’s up for some Thai food and angry girl music of the indie rock persuasion?
