How much would you be willing to pay for a taco?

Whilst tacos are undeniably one of the greatest inventions on the planet, would you be willing to pay the price of a small car, a year’s worth of rent, or a college tuition for one of them?

If your answer is ‘yes’, or you’re simply very, very hungry, you need to see this $25,000 taco dinner at Frida

The swanky meal includes two tacos that come wrapped in tortillas containing gold flakes, and are filled with langoustine, Kobe beef, Almas Beluga caviar, and black truffle brie.

A moment while we let that sink in pls.

The taco extraordinaire also comes with a swanky salsa, featuring Morita chili peppers, ultra-premium Ley .925 tequila, and civet coffee. The whole thing is topped off with some more gold leaf (can never have too much of that), and is ready to be devoured by the lucky human willing to invest a few diamonds for a Mexican bite.

Can it sing? Can it dance? No. But it surely delivers in taste, sourcing only the best ingredients from around the globe. For the full experience, the restaurant suggests pairing the taco with a $150,000 white gold and platinum bottle of tequila. You know, to wash it all down.

Maybe, maybe take out a loan for this snack?
