Take Me There: 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 🍹 10/10
Are you in the mood for a little partay?
The holiday season has officially begun and getting us high and hungover in the spirit of things is the UK’s first Bloody Mary Cafe called ‘Tabasco’ at Boxpark Shoreditch this December.
The two-day pop-up aims to pay true tribute to the classic tomato juice and vodka cocktail, by mashing up Bloody Mary ingredients into dishes we most commonly associate with a hangover.
I mean, this is all kinds of genius.
Served on the The Green at the trendy Shoreditch hotspot, there’s everything from a bloody margherita pizza to a bloody mary scotch egg on the menu. For snacks, there’ll be spicy marshmallows, as well as wasabi and coriander tipple, and bloody mary mince pies. Because Christmas.
Of course, there’s also a whole array of brunch dishes (lest we forget Bloody Mary is the brunch beverage to rule them all), as well as an absolutely adorable selection of Mirco Mary cocktails, all mixed by award-winning bartender Rich Woods.
Really, the whole thing sounds bloody delicious.

Taking place as part of a whole range of Christmas pop-ups in Shoreditch, entry to the Bloody Mary Cafe will be free of charge (!!!), with free food and drink tokens provided upon entry. Open for two days only from 14-15 December, the cafe will open its doors from 8am to 10am each morning, and whilst that may strike you as sorta early for a food event, it is kind of ideal for dropping by with your night-before hangover.
After all, there’s nothing like some hair of the dog.
