Anybody who likes to nap: listen up.

A woman has created a full-body mattress that enables her to nap anywhere, at any time.

I think we can all agree that ‘woman,’ is too loose a term and we need all dub her ‘Napping Goddess’ from here on.

That’s not a person behind the lady. That’s a mattress.

Simone Giertz is the genius behind the full-body mattress, which combats the common struggle of being out and about and in need of a nap but not having a handy dandy mattress nearby.

I mean, public transport is too crowded and uncomfortable. City benches are subject to weather and pigeons. Parks are prone to flying frisbees and dog poop. The struggle is real.

Giertz has long been known for building crazy creative robots, and this anyplace anytime napping mattress is a charming addition to the list. All it required was for the budding inventor to cut her body shape from a big piece of foam and then strap it to her head, waist, and legs. Gietz then also added a cape for snuggles and warmth.

It’s so perfectly simple we wonder how we never came up with it ourselves.

The interwebs has been quick to swipe and swoon over the mattress designed for sleepy work mornings and afternoon energy dips. And it’s definitely understandable.

It turns out we aren’t the only ones looking forward to have something to fall back on during sleepy moments. Something tells us these bad boys are about to enter mass production reeeeallll soooonnnn….

But until then. We’ll have to nap some more and keep dreaming about it.

What do you think?
