Take Me There: 🚇 🚇 🚇 🚇 🚇 🚇 🚇 🚇 🚇 9/10
Have you ever looked at your train station and thought, “wow, you are just SO freakin’ cute”?
Welp, you may just be about to utter those words right now.
Redhill MRT Station in Bukit Merah, Singapore is an (almost) all pink train station. And it looks like something straight out of a Barbie daydream. Or a Wes Anderson movie. Or a millennial pink bubble gum factory.
I mean, look at this beaut:
Possibly one of the most Insta-worthy train stations in the world, people flock to the overground platform not only to catch their trains, but also to take some very snazzy photos. Posing in front of the pastel pink stairways or leaning against the cream-coloured walls, it’s a surefire way to rack up on likes.
Like a daydream
Yet even social media aside, the pink train station does seem to have something calming about it for everyday commuters. Whether it’s the fluorescent shine in the day time or the soothing warmth in the night time, we can totally imagine dreamily whiling away the time here.
Also, train a little delayed? No problemo.
