This Sushi Art Will Make You Want To Eat Your Sneakers

From Nike Slides to Yeezy Boosts – you’ll want a bite of these

If you’ve always thought a good pair of Nike Slides/Yeezy Boosts/NMDs looked good enough to eat, you’re going to love this artist.

Chef Yujia Hu creates sushi art inspired by slick sneakers and trendy footwear, and they look just as cool as the real deal. Except better, because you can eat them.

The Milan-based artist makes onigiri shoes made up of rice and raw cuts of fish, with the addition of seaweed for some finishing details. It’s a little reminiscent of when parents create shapes with vegetables to get their children to eat them. But of course, we’re all grown up and we love sushi and we love sneakers and it’s so much freakin’ better.

From decked out Air Jordans to casual #FunLife slides, take a look at some of Yujia Hu’s creations below. We’re sure you’ll love them like Kanye loves Kanye.
