Step aside, Willy Wonka.

If you’re loco for the choco, look no further because a chocolate festival is real and it is happening soon and we could not be more excited. Or more hungry.

A festival called ChocFest is taking place this November in Leicestershire, and will feature events revolving all around the goodness that is creamy, melty, sweet, heavenly chocolate.

The chocolate festival will feature everything from chocolate tastings, chocolate making demonstrations, talks, workshops, and, of course, a whole lot of chocolate for you to buy and devour.

And whilst chocolate squares and pralines are very nice – ChocFest is aiming to one-up your average chocolate experience by letting guests try all kinds of chocolate cakes, liqueurs, marshmallows, pizzas, kebabs, wine, and beer.

All. Made with. Chocolate.

Of course, the event will also cater to the odd non-chocoholic, and serve up goodies like non-choco cakes and champagne, or mulled wine and spiced cider once it gets a little chilly.

You’ll probably be dreaming of chocolate even wayyyyyy after you leave.

Taking place on the 18th and 19th of November, tickets cost £6, with free admission for kids under 16, and a separate charge for workshops. Find out more here, and prepare to get munching!
